Kelly Thomas leads w3r’s Healthcare line of business for the company’s enterprise clients. She leads a team of healthcare recruiters and account associates who have placed more than 3000 healthcare professionals during her tenure at the company. Kelly cultivates relationships with new healthcare business clients and provides project management and oversight to bundled staffing healthcare projects.

Kelly Thomas leads w3r’s Healthcare line of business for the company’s enterprise clients. She leads a team of healthcare recruiters and account associates who have placed more than 3000 healthcare professionals during her tenure at the company. Kelly cultivates relationships with new healthcare business clients and provides project management and oversight to bundled staffing healthcare projects.

Kelly’s career began in consultant service management and IT. She then shifted to human resources, recruitment, and sales/account management for long-term care organizations, hospitals, long-term acute-care hospitals, and provider groups. As w34 began exploring healthcare staffing services, former colleagues introduced Kelly to w3r’s leadership team. During her past ten years supporting w3r’s healthcare business team, she has grown the company’s healthcare line of business year over year.

Kelly gives back to the community as a volunteer at Bountiful Harvest, a local food pantry. She also volunteers at Fund a Life, a local nonprofit organization that provides grants to residents in times of trauma.

Kelly graduated from St. Mary’s College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy and obtained her Master of Public Administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Kelly lives with her husband and two teenage children in Brighton, Michigan. She enjoys reading, walking, and listening to live music. She dedicates her time outside work to cheering on her kids as they participate in various sporting, school, and community events.
