David Reich, w3r Consulting’s Vice President of Delivery and Strategic Development, partners with clients to identify innovative solutions that strengthen their organizations and increase profitability. By avoiding quick fixes, Dave focuses on achieving long-term, positive outcomes for his customers, analyzing past performance to identify areas where w3r’s competencies align with their current and future needs, and offering actionable plans that improve daily operations and bottom line results.
The firm’s customers benefit from Dave’s extensive knowledge of multiple and diverse industries and his ability to see and comprehend both the “big picture” as well as the “fine details.” These attributes equip him to deliver solutions that help clients fulfill their missions and reach their business goals. Thus, he has established a solid reputation, built on successful outcomes, with w3r’s key stakeholders, including clients, government officials and industry leaders.
For instance, Dave helped w3r enhance Comerica’s minority supplier development program by establishing w3r as the bank’s primary supplier to help manage vendor and consultant relationships. He also assisted with the development of the Alliance Partner Program (APP), which w3r governs and manages, along with other MBE subcontracting companies. APP is designed to mentor existing and new MBE-certified businesses, as well as provide a larger pool of candidates from which w3r clients may select.
Dave contributes to w3r’s success in many other ways, not only through the new business he attracts to the company and the solid results his plans create for clients and w3r alike, but also through the investment he makes in the account managers on his team. As a mentor and coach, Dave ensures that they receive the training and resources they need to be successful in their positions as well as in their personal development.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Dave received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Center of Wayne County, serving on the organization’s Executive Board and chairing the Fundraising Committee. His hobbies include golf, running and travel.
