Spreading Holiday Cheer Through Community and Care

Dec 22, 2025

When the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, there’s a natural desire to come together and spend time with the people who matter most. You can see it happening as calendars fill up with seasonal fun and work routines slow down to allow people the necessary time to reflect and recharge.

This year, our December reflections have reminded us of a core truth about w3r Consulting: that connection and community matter most of all. 2025 required us to adapt and evolve in ways we haven’t had to since the early days. Fortunately, the team has kept us on our toes by thinking ahead, making vital connections, solving problems, and supporting one another through uncertainty.

So, before we wrap up 2025, we’re sharing some holiday highlights our team, partners, and communities that continue to make our work worth it.

Helping Keep the Holidays Cheerful and Bright for Families in Need

If you’ve been paying attention to the news lately, you know the market headwinds slowing business investments are impacting consumers too. More families are struggling to make ends meet and scaling back their Christmas plans.

Fortunately, we’ve seen organizations like The Children’s Center of Wayne County continue to spread holiday cheer with the help of volunteers like our team (more on that here). Their work has helped feed hundreds of families, provide them with holiday gifts, and help them get back on their feet in a year that hasn’t always been easy.

They’re not the only ones stepping up to serve their communities.

  • The Family Compass has fought to protect children from neglect and abuse.
  • United Community Family Services has designed and delivered programs that keep families fed, teach children to read, encourage STEAM education, and support mental health for the young and old.
  • The Chaldean Community Foundation has given the next generation of STEM professionals the resources to build profitable careers for themselves.

That’s only a fraction of the organizations inspiring us with their mission-driven work. And at every turn, our people have shown up to support these non profits, giving their time, talents, and on occasion, treasure to make our communities better.

Thanks to all our community partners for the extraordinary work they do, not just during the holidays, but all year long.

Celebrating Our Extended w3r Family

We started with a few words about our team, but we cannot emphasize enough how their resilience has defined our adaptability in 2025. They always rose to the occasion, no matter the curveballs thrown their way. Their commitment and professionalism made all the difference.

That was the message when we all gathered together at The Godfrey Hotel Detroit. Seeing all the different members of the extended w3r Consulting family coming together for conversation, laughter, and shared memories during our annual holiday celebration brought some much-needed cheer to our hearts.

Events like these remind us that w3r is more than a company. It’s a community built on long-standing relationships, mutual respect, and a genuine sense of belonging that extends to families and friends. For many of us, these gatherings are a reflection of just how deep those connections run.

We’ve watched careers grow, families expand, life milestones achieved, and good deeds done. That sense of continuity and shared history is something we never take for granted.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude

As the holiday season continues, we’re filled with gratitude for our team, our families, our partners, and the communities we serve. We appreciate the chance to give back, to come together, and to close out the year with perspective and purpose.

From all of us at w3r Consulting, we wish you a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, connection, and peace. May the year ahead bring health, happiness, and continued opportunity for us all.
