Eric A. Hardy Announced as Entrepreneur of the Year 2025® Award Finalist in Michigan and Northwest Ohio

BIRMINGHAM, MI5/19/25 – Ernst & Young LLP announced that Eric A. Hardy, President and CEO of w3r Consulting, is a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year® 2025 Michigan and Northwest Ohio Award. The program celebrates resolute and adaptable leaders who guide ground-breaking companies to revolutionize their industries and communities.

A panel of eight independent judges selected the 35 finalists across industries for their entrepreneurial spirit, sense of purpose, growth mindset, financial performance, and lasting impact.

Eric Hardy has decades of experience leading w3r Consulting, an IT consulting and management company serving healthcare, financial services, insurance, and other competitive industries. Along with his partners, Eric steadily expanded their business footprint across the United States, India, and Mexico to deliver data and AI solutions, technology transformation, and staffing expertise.
