IT Solutions and Management Firm Wins Employee Enrichment & HR Award for Fourteenth Time

SOUTHFIELD, MI – w3r Consulting, a best-in-class IT consulting and data management company, has been recognized among Metro Detroit’s 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. This is the fourteenth time that w3r has been included on this prestigious list for their employee enrichment and human resource practices.

Winners of Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest award earned recognition for their noteworthy accomplishment across such human resource measurements as: communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more. All participating companies are evaluated through a complimentary assessment which benchmarks them against other competing companies within their region and across the nation.

“We are honored to receive this award and be included among incredible companies and entrepreneurs,” said Eric Hardy, President and CEO at w3r Consulting. “Our ability to continually earn recognition within the Detroit metropolitan area demonstrates that our culture not only has a remarkable foundation but that our leadership and our team are willing to adapt to remain competitive in the ways we enrich the lives of our employees, as well as our clients and communities.”

“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important actions in creating a sustainable culture that works, ensuring the wellbeing of their employees come first,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of Best and Brightest Programs.

Organizations included among the 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® will be honored at the Best and Brightest Digital Awards Celebration on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021.
