Russ Seals brings over 20 years of expertise in cybersecurity, IT solutions, and contingent staffing to his role as Regional Director at w3r Consulting. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Russ drives strategic initiatives and delivers tailored technology solutions with a focus on excellent customer service for clients in the financial services, healthcare, and energy sectors. Having served as both a billable consultant and IT manager, he has overseen large global datacenters and built robust cybersecurity practices.
Russ excels at building high-performance teams to ensure client success, drawing on his extensive leadership experience. A USAF veteran and Air Force Commendation Medal recipient for his overseas service, he holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland. An avid outdoorsman, Russ enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, snow skiing with his family, and vacationing to warm places with blue water. He is dedicated to advancing w3r’s legacy of excellence.
