Reflecting, Celebrating, and Looking Ahead to 2025: A Year with w3r Consulting

Dec 23, 2024

December is the perfect season for reflection. It’s the end of the year, people are unplugging from work, and holiday parties are bringing us together with the people who know us best. As our leadership team is looking ahead to 2025 and back on what has been a banner year for w3r Consulting, we feel blessed.

Our business has continued to evolve as markets changed, businesses transformed, and the world around us faced turbulent times. In fact, we have accomplished some milestones within the last 12 to 18 months that have been completely new territory. We’ve earned NMSDC Corporate Plus membership. We’ve received recognition as the National Supplier of the Year. And through it all, we’ve been fortunate enough to have the secret to resilience, resourcefulness, and prosperity at our fingertips: our incredible people.

On December 7, we gathered our team, family, and friends at the Godfrey to celebrate another year of prosperity for w3r Consulting. There was food, drink, music, and memories. But more than anything, we hope everyone present knows they are a genuine part of our family.

For almost 30 years, we’ve not only collaborated with this incredible team of people but built relationships to last a lifetime. We’ve watched their children grow, get married, have kids, pursue their own careers, and find their own passions. All of that has reinforced the sense of family we feel

Like any family, it’s not all sunshine and roses. We’ve created a cooperative culture where we can share honest feedback, discuss hard truths, and make sacrifices to achieve our shared vision. For that, we are honored that our exceptional people choose to make their careers and build their professional home with us.

Not only have they set down their roots in our business, but within the broader communities where we live and work. We never see a shortage of volunteers when The Children’s Center of Detroit needs help handing out holiday gifts to families in need or the United Community Family Services needs assistance distributing food. Their commitment inside and outside of work is truly inspiring.

When we travel around the country and talk to other leaders about their longevity and sustainability, they say the same thing: that their people have been inseparable on their journey toward success. As we continue looking ahead to 2025 and the future, we’re confident that we’ll be able to adapt to the challenges ahead, especially with this committed group of people at our side.

May 2025 be more prosperous, healthy, encouraging, and satisfying than any year we’ve experienced.
